V kauze dvojnásobné vraždy manželů z Přerova z listopadu roku 2009, z níž je obžalován syn jedné z obětí Pavel Nárožný, žádá státní zástupce doživotí. Podle něj případ splňuje všechny podmínky pro uložení tohoto trestu včetně mimořádné společenské nebezpečnosti, uvedl žalobce Jaroslav Kouřil. Obhajoba naopak žádá zproštění obžaloby, poukazuje i na extrémní délku trestního řízení. Krajský soud muži původně uložil výjimečný trest 25 let vězení, který zahrnuje i jeho předchozí pravomocné odsouzení za přípravu vraždy tety v délce 13 let.
Nárožný se rozhodl také dnes u olomouckého vrchního soudu hájit mnohahodinovou řečí, i přes několikeré námitky předsedy senátu cituje různé právní názory, nálezy soudů i komentáře k trestnímu řádu, napadl i způsob získávání důkazů. Proces je veden kvůli epidemické situaci formou videokonference z věznice z Mírova, i to obžalovaný dnes při zahájení líčení napadl. Zda soud dnes stihne vynést rozhodnutí, není s ohledem na Nárožného dlouhou obhajobu zřejmé.
Podle žalobce je uložení doživotního trestu na místě. „Čin vykazuje mimořádnou společenskou nebezpečnost a to kvůli zvlášť zavrženíhodnému způsobu trestného činu i zavrženíhodné pohnutky. Třetí podmínkou k uložení takového trestu je ochrana společnosti. S ohledem na fakt, že v době, kdy již bylo vedeno proti obžalovanému trestní řízení za dvojnásobnou vraždu, připravuje vraždu třetí osoby, vyplývá, že obžalovaný je osobou, pro kterou hodnota lidského života nemá významu,“ uvedl Kouřil. Podle něj by obžalovaný měl být s ohledem na své dosavadní jednání trvale izolován od společnosti.
Státní zástupce poukázal na to, že délka řízení, která hrála roli v ukládání trestu u krajského soudu, by neměla hrát tak zásadní roli. Poukázal na to, že se na tom podepsala i taktika obhajoby obžalovaného i to, že soud musel kvůli ukládání souhrnného trestu vyčkat na rozsudek v kauze přípravy vraždy tety. „Tak extrémní délka řízení měla mít zcela jiné důsledky, trestní řízení s ohledem na délku řízení mělo být zastaveno,“ uvedl však obhájce František Stratil.
Motivem vraždy byly podle obžaloby majetkové důvody. Nárožný podle rozsudku krajského soudu z obavy, že jej otec vydědí, na začátku listopadu 2009 nejprve vypnul hlavní jistič, čímž donutil otce otevřít dveře. Otce vzápětí surově napadl nezjištěným předmětem a následně i jeho manželku, která mu šla na pomoc. Útok podle rozsudku vedl razantními údery vedenými především na jejich hlavy, manželé svým zraněním na místě podlehli. Jejich těla poté odvezl osobním autem svého otce a ukryl na neznámém místě. Těla se dosud nenašla.
Na muže i jeho matku, která v době procesu zemřela, byla podána obžaloba již v lednu 2011, v kauze padlo několik zprošťujících rozsudků olomouckého krajského soudu, které pokaždé vrchní soud zrušil. Nakonec byl případ přesunut kvůli změně senátu do Ostravy. Po prvním zproštění byl Nárožný propuštěn, na začátku roku 2016 jej však znovu zadržela policie a obvinila z přípravy vraždy jeho tety, která spravovala majetek po jeho zavražděném otci. Za to byl nakonec pravomocně odsouzen ke 13 letům vězení.
