Bratislava 29. března (zpravodaj ČTK) – Ve vazbě dál zůstane trestně stíhaný bývalýšéf slovenské civilní tajné služby SIS Vladimír Pčolinský. Slovenský nejvyšší soud dnes zamítl stížnost obviněného proti jeho vazebnímu stíhání, o kterém rozhodl soud první instance. ČTK o tom dnes informovala mluvčí nejvyššího soudu Alexandra Važanová.
Pčolinského před více než dvěma týdny zadržela policie a následně ho obvinila z korupce. Podle médií čelí obvinění, že společně s bývalým náměstkem SIS Borisem Beňou přijal od stíhaného podnikatele Zoroslava Kollára úplatek ve výši 40.000 eur (přes milion korun) za to, že tajná služba nebude Kollára dále odposlouchávat a nebude se zabývat jeho osobou. Proti Pčolinskému svědčí i Beňa, který je od loňského prosince ve vazbě kvůli jiné kauze.
Nejvyšší soud shledal jiný důvod vazebního stíhání než soud první instance, podle kterého hrozilo, že Pčolinský by mohl pokračovat v trestné činnosti. Senát nejvyššího soudu ho ponechal ve vazbě z obavy, že by na svobodě mohl ovlivňovat svědky, znalce nebo jinak mařit vyšetřování.
Po obvinění Pčolinský požádal o uvolnění z funkce. Prezidentka Zuzana Čaputová ho z čela SIS odvolala poté, co jí příslušný návrh v souladu se zákonem předložila vláda.
